My recent experience as a Staff Training and Development Officer at the University of Technology and Applied Science (UTAS) in Muscat, Oman, allowed me to design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing staff competencies and supporting career advancement. I successfully developed key initiatives, including Training Need Analysis, Career Development Paths, and Staff Induction Programs, which not only aligned with the department’s goals but also fostered a culture of continuous improvement.
