I like to use a light-hearted and enjoyable teaching method to make it easier for students to accept the learning process, while being compatible with traditional learning methods to achieve a solid foundation.

For different students, I will teach according to their aptitude and adjust the detailed learning tasks within the learning outline to ensure that students can better accept the learning content and keep up with the learning progress.

For example, in the process of teaching high school mathematics last semester, I helped some of my students with very poor foundations to consolidate their basics and achieve new breakthroughs in scores.

    - Responsible for the preparation and teaching of mathematics and business in international courses to ensure that students have the level of university admission.
    - Make corresponding after-class exercises and tutoring plans according to students' progress every day to help students consolidate and improve their knowledge.
    - Provide daily feedback on students' learning content and progress to ensure the smooth implementation of the teaching plan.
  • IELTS Assistant Teacher (Dec, 2023–Jan, 2024) at New Channel
    - Responsible for the operation of IELTS and its supporting courses in the fully closed campus, student management and parent connection.
    - Supervise students' learning progress every day and provide study guidance during evening self-study, and provide feedback reports to provide materials for subsequent teaching adjustments.
    - Prepare lessons for IELTS preparatory courses and provide course guidance to students to help improve their abilities in the preparatory stage.
  • IELTS Assistant Teacher (Nov, 2021–Mar, 2022) at New Oriental
    - Assist the head teacher with class management, including student timetable arrangement and class coordination.
    - Manage multiple English tutoring classes, including IELTS and TOEFL courses, and tutor students during self-study classes.
    - Check homework, prepare tutoring content, collect students' after-class information for reference by the main teacher, and improve students' learning progress.
