My name is Theola, and I am a passionate, dedicated teacher who uses the right tools and skills to ensure that lessons are carried out and delivered smoothly, ensuring that students understand and retain what they have learnt. My goal as a teacher isn't to finish the lessons fast and keep up with the academic calendar. It is to make each student fully understand what I am teaching, even if I have to delay and personalize each lesson to cater for the needs of my students. Regular class and home assignments along with occasional tests are the modes I use to evaluate the progress of my students
