I have been teaching for the past twenty years,using different methodologies. Most importantly communicative and student centered approaches are good for effective learning process. In my methodology of training students, I make sure that good and outstanding skills are fulfilled in all the required ones. The use of ict,and projects are paramount to engage learners and make them active learners. Most students, I taught went to sit for various international exams and came out with outstanding results. I acquired lot of teaching experience through years having different categories of students with low achievements difficulties and successfully improved their poor performance.
