I base my teaching mostly on learners based.i usually follow up on the content taught by giving exercises and ensuring I do mark them.in my previous teaching it was a very effective method as learners were able to improve . I follow up on my students, research, give guidance and I also ensure that my students are best by giving relevant examples that are examined in their examinations. I am also time conscious and also very patient and persistent until the desired results are achieved. I am also dedicated to ensuring learning achive their potential
