As an ESL teacher, I employ CLT as my teaching method where my approach is completely student-centered. As a facilitator I guide students to solve problems on their own thus, fostering their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques. Moreover, students are given feedback on time and their work is assessed from time to time to ensure productivity. More focus is laid on comprehensibility and fluency rather than searching for mistakes in students' work which results in learning inhibition. Comprehensive lesson plans are the priority. On the other hand, in Hifz e Quran class the focus shifts completely to student centered approach. Efforts are made to ensure revision of 'sabaq', 'sabqi' and 'manzil' with tajweed and correct wording. Positive results have been seen in both of my fields (i.e English and Hifz teaching ).I am the right person for your job.
