I exercise healthy group and individual discussion and debates with my learners, I make use of different text books and I try out flipped classroom method, I help my learners in understanding the lesson effective using video by using different teaching tools, I wait patiently for my learners to achieve their aims before proceeding to another topic. I believe I am a great teacher because i have strong communication, listen well, focus on collaboration, adaptable, good at engaging learner, show empathy, good at improving learner skills and communication and intellectual.
