My self sudarshan, Yoga Instructor / Therapist and 1 year experience in ayush ayurvedic hospital Mangalore. I have completed post graduation degre in MSc yogic sciences from Mangalore University. I have participated yoga competition at University level, South West Zone levels and Represented National Yoga Championship and won medals.Then take caring my students is my first priority. I help them to perform different possess effectively. I teaching them how to maintain their regular practice and wellness. I take classes like Yoga and therapy, Meditation, Ashtanga yoga etc.. my aim spread yoga knowledge throughout the society.
