My name is Ndumbe Florence, and I am excited to help you achieve your IELTS goals. I am also thrilled to be your English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor. I have over 7 years of experience in teaching English and specializing in IELTS preparation, I am dedicated to guiding students to success.
As an ESL tutor, I teach students from diverse backgrounds, I am passionate about helping learners achieve their language goals.

I hold a Bachelor of science degree in Economics and a TEFL certification, along with extensive training in IELTS exam strategies. My approach focuses on personalized learning plans tailored to your specific needs, whether it's improving your speaking, writing, reading, or listening skills.

    Conduct IELSTS/ESOL speaking test as interlocutor & assessor over examination periods.
    Mark IELSTS/ESOL speaking test as interlocutor & assessor over examination periods.
    Ensuring certification is up to date and attending Examiner training, standardisation and certification sessions as required
    Conducting IELSTS/ESOL and British Council exams as required, depending on certification
    Participating in required British Council training and applying relevant principles in carrying out duties, including Child Protection, Health and Safety.
