I am a very passionate, sincere Teacher always looking for the updates in my subject and profession. My way of teaching is very simple by considering the needs of the students and explain the concepts from simple to complex dimension. I am following student centered approach in teaching and want to be with student as a mentor, scaffolder and facilitator. Teaching from the base level of the concepts is better than mere lecture method. Regular assessment of students, giving proper resources in proper time, clearing doubts, evaluating the students are all under my priority. My students are real asset for me and I will stand with my students to improve their level best. Individualized learning is very helpful for average and below average students. With the help of technology, subject competency and scientific attitude, I can nurture my students as best in Chemistry.
