I develop different teaching styles according to the understanding capacity of the learner.For example if I realise that a student tends to get scared or be shy I come up with other ways to encourage him and applauding his or her capabilities.The reason why I feel and I know I'm a great teacher is because in the schools where I have been my performance in terms of content delivery has been awesome beyond doubts to the extent that students,parents and even the administratons never desire to allow me move to other areas or rather greener pastures.
