I am a certified yoga instructor completed my ttc course from Rishikesh.. Also I completed my graduation in yoga from patanjali... I teach hatha and ashtanga yoga... Also meditation shatkarm and panchkarma are included..
People who were suffering from any Disease they people have Special sessions....

Also we focus on body alignment and methodology... We offer various types of classes like yoga for Obesity yoga for pcod/pcos yoga for diabetes... On Saturday Special classes will be there that include fun yoga and mindfullness sessions...
