Am josephine,glad to be writing here.As a teacher am patience,friendly and humble one ready to help learners to achieve their purpose in life and dreams .As a teacher I am innovative educator who focuses on continual improvement of my students by applying professional learning community models.Am also passionate to encourage learners to be enthusiastic and develop good learning habits during lesson learning process,examples manage the behaviour of students in classroom,create appropriate behaviour strategies.my responsibility is ensuring all learners fully comprehend to the curriculum am teaching and provide support or guidance where the have difficulties.my teaching style is to ensure that I have all teaching methodologies needed that is use of examples and descriptions when teaching,making sure my lessons match with my lesson plan and are well documented, having a healthy group discussion,monitoring troubled learners by doing extra teaching either one on one and giving then an extra activities to do.Above all what's makes me a good teacher is by having a strong relationship with my learners,having a clear written out objectives which will make us achieve our goals and setting high expectation for my learners so that we grind harder and achieve them .
