My teaching philosophy is "I teach students not subjects." While making my lesson plans I always keep students in my mind along with subjects. My this technique brings next results in students. For preschooler and primary students, I used to design, create activities through which they can better understand the topic. I always kept a record of student's learning journey. For secondary students, I always prefer presentation, topic discussion with their perior knowledge. Q/A session and assessment is tool to check their understanding.
