*Not much, but I would say that “I am a good teacher” indicates that someone is a fully qualified and trained teacher and is doing that job in an educational establishment, e.g. in a school or university. “I’m good at teaching” doesn’t necessarily mean that someone is a professionally trained teacher, though it could do; it could just mean that someone is good at showing people (informally) how to do their jobs in the workplace, or demonstrating skills to young people in the Scouts or Guides, or just passing on to someone a skill that they’ve mastered, e.g. how to use a sewing machine, play the guitar, etc.
