I like to establish a connection with the students. I encourage the students to revise and improve their work, promoting persistence and resilience. I listen very carefully student's doubts and teach the student again in a differrent strategies with examples.
I also Encourage students to create their own standards for quality academic work. I give assignments, homework. On the Next day I check wheather the students done assignments or not. I teach students to set realistic goals which will be helpful for academic as well as in real life. I advice students to be healthy and strong mindsets. I motivate students by giving some real inspiring stories. So that the students have the positive mind. And such motivation will help the student to study with dedication.
