I believe in training of Minds which starts at very early stage of life. Understanding of the subjects and topics varies from student to student based on their past experiences and so the methodology for making them understand the subject/topics must be different for different students. Many students use their imagination to great extent while others understand the things with example and practices. I follow the sequence of explaining the definition and laws, deriving the relations and formulation based on definition and laws, explaining the applications by examples and encouraging the student to solve the problems on their own. Revising and recalling the topics helps the students in arranging the entire subject and syllabus in their minds so that they can be able to understand the problems situation entirely and able to find out the exact solution of the problem in shortest time. Lastly, teaching must aims to make the students to have knowledge of the subject and not just to know the different tricks to solve the problems.
