I believe that in chemistry and mathematics, understanding the concepts instead of memorizing the steps is what's more important. I teach by providing more examples, and by explaining how and why such steps are made. I am a soft-spoken person who is patient and is willing to explain things all over again if the student is still confused. I believe in results, and I want to make sure that the students that will be learning from me will obtain the results that they want to accomplish.
