I always try to teach in very easy way and politely. I research on students to focus on his/her weak points and work on it. I also make their lessons so easy and deliver them in an interesting way, so that they can understand very easily. If any student doesn't take the lesson then I try another way to make him understand, and don't pressurize them. I behave friendly and attach with them to understand their problem, and help them to solve it. I also focus on speaking style and pronunciation, so that it sounds great and smart. My main focus is to make every student smart in English.
