I am Erandi Chandrasena.
During the 1 Year period at ICBT have been marked by a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. I have taught diverse range of subjects such as Human Resource Management, Managing people and Business Law for Degree Level Students and have consistently received positive feedback from students and peers alike. My teaching philosophy centers on engaging students through interactive discussions, critical thinking and real world applications ensuring that they not only observe the knowledge but also develops the skills necessary to apply it.
My academic background includes a Bachelors degree in Law from APIIT affiliated by Staffordshire University and a Masters degree in Network Security from Charles Sturt University Melbourne Australia. Currently, Im reading for my second masters, Masters of Human Resource Management at University of Kelaniya. During my studies, i was able to develop my skills in research, communication and problem solving.
I am confident in my ability to inspire and motivate my students to reach their full potential. I am an organized and creative thinker and am committed to provide a safe and enriching learning environment. I am a strong advocate of using technology to help students to enhance learning.
