My first session involves a "getting to know each other" interaction to understand what my learner needs and what I can offer. My pedagody revolves around the syllabus or curriculum (subject to learner's requirements) combined with my own method of teaching which involves games, music, art, visuals, videos and other fun elements. As an Indian, my education, knowledge and experience are quite vast. But as a third culture woman who's travelled and resided in many countries, my focus is on enhancing learners' strengths and helping them identify their problem areas.
