I’m very keen on involving all my pupils and students on the topic of day.
I assimilate modern Technology and other involving methods just to make the learners understand better..for example if I’m teaching Geography we can all google the images of mountains,rivers and lakes so that we can have a clear picture and know the differences…
If it’s science teaching about plants we can all go out and get in touch with nature and learn about different plants.
I give questions after every topic to track the progress of the learners.
I help with homework where needed to make sure no learner is left behind.
With the above methods I have made sure that no learner is below average as much as I.Qs may differ from one learner to another.

I advise parents on strengths of their children to help them with career choices.

I’m a firm believer that service to humanity is service to God and therefore do my job with so much passion.
My learners are my friends and I understand that professional boundaries must be there and must be respected and I’m the bigger person to see that happen.
