I try to connect with students and teach them accordingly.I teach in way student feel free to communicate with teacher and eager to know more and more .My reaching style contains communication from both side here not only teacher speak but student also activity participate . It is basically both sided .I usually use three teaching style directing discussing and delegating . I generally structure my class to include some amount of each style . actually there is no best teaching style.each one is effective in certain situations. Effective teachers are adaptable and flexible
