I don't treat students as students specially as clients. I completely respect the fact that everyone has different ways and capacity of learning; each child is capable of doing something he's gifted with which is why grades never mattered to me
I believe in teaching in a friendly calm manner so that learning is not just about passing exams or a chore that burns you out but a fun way to boost your self esteem and feel understood
