To me, being an educationist feels like a life purpose. My core strengths are curriculum design, holistic education structures, and student affairs supervision, along with academic leadership to ensure the best academic practices in the institution. The subjects I teach are English, General Science, Geography, and Biology. I believe in teaching with a focus on preparing for future policies, prioritizing learning while adapting to changing patterns of trade and competition, understanding technological innovation, and utilizing the globalization of information.

Teaching Methodology:

1. Inquiry-Based Learning: Encourage students to explore and experiment with biological concepts.
2. Hands-On Labs: Use regular lab activities (e.g., dissections, DNA extraction) to apply theory.
3. Visual Aids & Technology: Utilize diagrams, models, and animations for complex topics.
4. Real-World Applications: Relate biology to everyday issues like healthcare or conservation.
5. Differentiated Instruction: Cater to varied learning styles through lectures, activities, and multimedia.
