I have a keen interest to work with a team of hard working individuals with a positive attitude to achieve goals.
Use the valuable experience of classroom administration and pedagogical approaches to facilitate child-centred learning practices by following Constructivism and introducing real life contexts in classroom.
I believe each and every individual are different from each other.we have to approach those students by different methods. For example, students suffer from focusing on particular thing, we can use play way method.
I don't want student to memorize the subject and spit it out without proper understanding. From my perspective if we are not able to study all the topics, atleast we have to study the minimum number of topics with proper understanding.
Because once we study the subject with understanding the concepts clearly, there is no need to read it again and again .
My motto towards teaching is Student should not study they have to learn the concepts with understanding.
