Principal Duty: Developing the Curriculum

Create and execute lesson plans that align with the curriculum's requirements.
To accommodate different learning styles, use a range of teaching techniques.
Classroom Organising:

Create a polite and safe environment in the classroom.
Establish clear expectations for student conduct and successfully implement classroom regulations.
Student Evaluation

To measure students' comprehension, create and give tests.
Inform parents of their child's progress and give prompt comments to the children.
Personalised Education:

Determine the specific needs of each learner and offer customised assistance.
