I am working as arts teacher in high school for eighteen years. My duties toward my job are :
To plan, develop and implement engaging lesson plan and techniques.
Deliver instruction through lectures demonstration and hands on activities. Assess students progress through assignment and exams. Provide constructive feed back to faster learning and improvement of students.
Adhere to and promote all school values, policies and procedures.
I am active to develop colleboration with colleagues and parents for problem solving of students.
I am good in mentoring and administration.Maintain discipline whilst motivating pupils and facilitating their development to meet agreed targets.
Teach urdu language and literature to students of school age group and skill level .
Encourage critical thinking reading and writing and speaking skills.
To make students able that they can understand the value of urdu language . They can use different idioms and phrases in routine life.
Passionate in promoting love for urdu language and culture.
