Effective communication with my students to engage them with topics... Easy and convenient examples relevant to the topic ... Understanding their weak areas during listening the lecture or studying the complicated topics...Use of Av/Aids if required.. Student oriented learning base method instead of demonstration I prefer a discussion method during the lecture to listen to my students also... I always try to enhance the knowledge of my students by sharing the common examples from surroundings and practical life to relate the topic with it's application in this world..Hope Students will learn effectively.
