I am passionate and experienced online yoga teacher with over 10 years experience...my journey began 2014 and starting teaching from 2021 and since then it has trasnsformed not only my physical body but also my mind and soul.i specialize in hatha,vinyasa,etc.and my classes are desidned for students of all levelsfrom beginners to advanced practitioners.
my goal is to help students to find balance strength and peace both on and off the mat.I believe that yoga is for everyone and tailor my classes to suit the unique needs of each student.
i am yoga alliance certified yogateacher(500 hour).
