Regularly assess student progress and suggest remedial measures for weak students.
5. Laboratory Supervision & Practical Sessions:
Conduct lab sessions to give students hands-on experience with Chemistry experiments.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during practicals.
Prepare and maintain lab equipment and materials required for demonstrations and practical classes.
6. Student Development & Guidance:
Provide extra guidance to students preparing for board exams.
Encourage and mentor students interested in pursuing Chemistry-related competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or individual support where necessary.
7. Parental Communication:
Communicate with parents regarding student performance, progress, and behavior.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' academic and personal development.
8. Participation in School Activities:
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs, fairs, and inter-school competitions.
Organize workshops, seminars, or guest lectures to enhance students' exposure to Chemistry beyond the classroom.
