I am a final year student teacher from Central university of tamilnadu which is directly under control of central government and I am working in oyster learning initiative (ICSE BOARD).
Basically I follow 5E method of teaching which involves 5 phases of learning in constructivist approach which includes conceptual understanding and practical applying of the content.I believe in making learning as a process towards progression and it should be student centric and I also believe that marks and grades without conceptual understanding of content is utter waste .
