I'm a teacher who has taught students for the past 2 years. In my experience as a teacher, I've been able to work well and also communicate well with my students. I give my students a humble environment to which they can express their thoughts and ideas. Being free with my students has helped them produce good grades and helped them a lot in their own fields. My teaching style is simple hence making it easy for the students to understand my teachings to them. I like students who are ready to interact and share their own thoughts as it may build them to be good and responsible students.
