Am a frexible and happy teacher.I can handle all levels of students, ie faster learners, slow or mediate learns .I have more pre and on activity to get the learners attention.I have different learner motivation styles.I always give learner space to explain their views and know how.I do like involvement in all positive discussion on well being of the topic understanding.I always use the best teaching approach that is,start from known to unknown,easy to difficult.I always get my learners ready for a lesson by letting them explain what they know about the topic to discuss!!
