Students involvement is very important during lectures and I make my lectures interesting to get their intentions and they learn quickly and in this way they save the things in their memory.
I use method like asking something or the call the student in front of the whole class and share their knowledge to others freely.During my lectures students ask questions freely and I answered them in a friendly manner.
