I am an enthusiastic final-year student pursuing a degree in mathematics, with a strong passion for education.I have spent significant time tutoring my peers and younger students, which has deepened my love for teaching. My approach is to make maths understandable and engaging, fostering a supportive environment where students feel confident in their abilities. I totally get what it's like to be on the other side, struggling with tricky concepts. I’ve been there myself – staring at a problem for what feels like forever, feeling lost and frustrated. That's why I make sure to really listen to where the student is stuck and how they're feeling about it. I know when something just isn’t clicking because I've been in their shoes!
So, when I tutor, I focus on breaking things down in a way that makes sense and helps them get those "aha!" moments. I aim to create a space where they feel comfortable saying, “I don’t get it,” because I know how important it is to feel understood and supported while learning.
