I do both online and face to face teaching. I use practical examples and provide elaborative examples to ensure a student understand. I ensure student is free to the teacher able to freely communicate with the teacher but not behind the limit
My students are free to ask the questions as much as possible to grasp the content.
I give assignments, follow up and quizes to know whether the student grasp the content.
