My name is Monika Negi and I am a certified yoga instructor from Vinyasa Yoga Ashrsam (Rishikesh).

I have been practicing yoga since 12 years.
As far as I have learned, Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
About teaching styles and methodologies, all I know is that if you want to learn something become a teacher of that thing.
Yoga is meditation, it is a way of life, It brings a radical change in your whole being.
But yes one has to dedicate him or herself to it.
