Being a teacher of Mathematics and Physics, my teaching is interactive. I give my learners an opportunity to learn first hand, allow them to make errors, only then that I correct. This technique allows the learner to explore and be the originator of knowledge. As a teacher, I have to only facilitate. Moreover, it gives me an opportunity to learn new ways of teaching, interacting with many learners has always proven to be a good way of learning to do new things based on their varied responses. Learning is a continuous process, and as a teacher, I don't claim to know it all.
