Being open honest and considerate is a great teaching tool I consider among the triad with alongside the patience that comes with understanding student needs and the fact that all students reaspond differently to various teaching styles. I personally consider summarising the whole chapter concept breaking it into various understandable chunks of information trying to relate them to previous concepts or other scientific related field. The student is now almost with absolute knowledge ready to apply scientific data and interpretation into results. Being open to the student is great ! This is the most powerful way to get into the student perspective of the natural world around them and how to become better problem solvers.The goal of tutoring is to teach students an efficient routine to complete homework on their own and to learn how to effectively seek answers. Science is a subject of observation, interpretation of hypothetical data, analysis and drawing of conclusions based on mathematical and scientific principles. All these may become become a regenerating source of curiosity to keep on asking questions and seeking answers to them.
