I have observe the student's capability and talk about it with their parents..I teach kids in the way they understand which makes it easier for them..
I teach them with example for better understanding.. I always encourage the student to not give up and keep on practicing with rest..Firstly I will speak with parent about their child and be friendly with the student..I don't force the child to on focus on 1 thing, This would make the student uninterested,unmotivated and wasting time..I will make the child comfortable with me and help the kid.
