Experimental and demonstration in learning environment always exceed my expectations in terms of learning outcomes set.As committed and ambitious mentor ready to impact knowledge I believe in cooperation,collaboration,efficacy and minimal supervision from both parties.
Learning is a gradual process,with my experience and previous expectations I have achieved my mentoring/teaching outcomes with flying colours.Despite of different learning environments or background.
From theory to practicals as long is learner centered,with guidance and support I do achieve credible results.
Accepting learner's learning abilities and appreciating positive growth mindset,this motivates more and eventually motives to strive for betterment of individual growth.
