I usually learned doing the aspects of coaching leadership style, which is focusing mainly of gathering information and acceoting the open disussions. I make sure the people will comprehend the ideas I can try to explain. Especially, when it comes to tutoring, I am not just providing knowledge but giving the servuce for them to test challenges and be more concise and openness that students should really prove it.

One of my most simpldle skills are Communication, Creativity and Passionate. With these set skills, I can profoundly prove who I am. And what I do is what I enjoy doing so. On the other hand, I can leverage my data analysis and can adapt quickly with MS office.

I also enjoyed doing Content creation with my engagement and people who followed each other's social platforms. Hence, networking is one of my pivotal skills I have learned.
