I motivate my students and able to sort out all problems of students. I also motivate for their practical life.I deliver my lecture in urdu speaking, as i convey my message to students better than by speaking English. I use paper or board to deliver my lecture.My students give 100% result alhmdullilah.I teach chemistry at different institute,but alhmdullilah out of 35 students only 2 or 3 fail but remaining pass with 60/60 or 59,50+ marks in my relevant subject. As experience makes man perfect so i feel i seek knowledge from my experience and also from students. I groom myself much more than previously. I say thanks to my institute who gave me chance to groom myself.
