Understanding each and every student on an individual basis(needs, strength, weakness, learning capacity and speed of individual student) forms the base to good teaching and quality learning. Diagrammatic representation is the best method for memory retention and conceptual learning, I try my best to incorporate this method in my teaching. Usage of easier, simpler vocabulary aids in better understanding. Building a rapport with the students helps with better learning experience. Growing up watching my mom ( who was a maths teacher, now retired) has helped me achieve a natural tendency to grasp and explain concepts. I've been preparing for UPSC civil services exam for the past 2 years, which provides me an added advantage with a holistic approach and understanding of concepts on a deeper levels. In this competitive era everyone wishes to be ahead of others on all levels, I believe I can bring out the best in the students and make them future ready by helping them form a strong base for career development.
