Hello students!

My name is Teacher Austin. I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I have a lot of teaching experience from teaching toddlers how to read, to teaching doctors conversational English. I have taught in class and online. I prefer to use online as I am very comfortable with teaching online. I have been teaching for about 9 years total and there really is not an aspect of teaching English that I have not encountered. I also have a strong passion for Muay Thai, writing and creative writing. I also have worked with translating documents into formal business English. I am a very dedicated and hard-working teacher. In my 9 years I have taught in Indonesia for about 2 years with the Peace Corps and after I worked with an after school tutoring program in Pattaya, Thailand where I currently live. After Covid, my job security was very low, I found a job teaching online to Indonesians in their classrooms. It was all done online and the students seemed to enjoy the style of teaching. I am very adaptable and can help with anything that is needed. I have a basic Loom video if you would like to watch it is a very basic short video on fun with food this would be for someone younger.     My job with Teachcast went similarly with my job in Thailand. I went home to the USA for a few months. I found this job and they had an opening I was very happy with this job and my trainer was always using my lessons to teach other students. Unfortunately, this company lost their deal with the Indonesian government, and I was left jobless and had made my move back to Thailand during that March before, but they couldn't secure the next semester with the government. This teaching was with young kids in their real school as I was on their board I taught kids from elementary all the way into Universities following aa guide but teaching them in my own way.

    I was working with this company for the majority of the time I lived in Thailand. After Covid happened a lot of the after-school programs started dropping off but my 5+ years with the company I taught class in a classroom, as well as teaching students online. Unfortunately, I couldn't get enough hours so I had to look for new work

    We were placed in small villages around Indonesia in Java. We lived with families and went through a rigorous 3 month training. After we were teaching English and also teaching the English teachers how to teach English as well.
