I use learners centered type of teaching methodology.That involves engaging the learner while teaching.This method has helped me through my teaching career to produce more than 80% pass rate and most students pass with outstanding results.Making sure a learner understands lessons every day and my ability to simplify complicated concepts, makes me a great teacher.
During the lesson, I tend to be analytical to the learners level of understanding.The feedback the learner gives me determines whether I continue teaching at the same pace and rate or change the rate or pace.
