    I oversaw the maintenance and upkeep of five commercial buildings in the Nairobi area, including Dunhill Towers and The Promenade. My responsibilities included managing property contracts, leases, and ensuring statutory compliance. I coordinated repairs and maintenance activities, and handled tenant requests to ensure efficient property operations.
