I give each and every student a chance to give their best then chip in where necessary,I interact with them and know their views I do research where necessary to give them the best,I also encourage them most of the time where they feel low I make them feel that they can no matter what,I give them room to ask questions and try my best to give them appropriate answers,I also understand all of them always,I also give them room to do research and get satisfied
