I think It is the most important part of tutoring...A good teacher possesses a combination of various qualities that contribute to effective and impactful teaching. These qualities of a good teacher go beyond subject knowledge and encompass interpersonal skills, instructional strategies, and a genuine commitment to student growth.I think i have it...Good teachers must be able to understand their students and connect with them on a personal level. It doesn’t matter if they are a kindergarten teacher, an elementary school teacher, a high school teacher, or teaching at university level. If a teacher doesn’t have a good connection with their students it will be hard to gain their respect and help them learn.Whether teaching online or teaching in the classroom, the best teachers exhibit a range of good teaching qualities which help them positively interact with their students.Different students have different needs. By listening to and understanding their students, teachers can create lesson plans that cater to their needs and help them learn in the most effective way possible. Furthermore, good listening skills allow teachers to build stronger relationships with their students.
